Streams of thoughts


"There are three main streams of thoughts: negative, neutral, and positive. All thoughts of similar frequencies will gather and flow within the same stream. Negative thoughts will flow in the negative stream and positive thoughts in the positive stream. When you are in the negative stream you can only access thoughts within that stream, although it may take different forms. You will remain in any stream until you choose to switch. It's not an automatic transition. You cannot switch from the negative to the positive without first accessing the neutral stream. If you are feeling bad and want to feel better, focus on something mundane or routine until you settle into that neutral feeling. Once there you can start focusing on happy feelings to move into the positive stream."
